I know of many believers who wonder if they will ever see their special beloved pets in heaven. So I will put my ideas out there to try to help give hope and comfort to those who have lost their faithful companions. (For I have experienced that deeply felt hurt many times as well.)

— I am of the opinion that in the New Heaven and New Earth, our most precious and faithful companions will be there. For God has prepared a paradise beyond our ability to comprehend, for all those who have turned to Jesus to ask and receive His saving grace.
— We read in God’s Word, that when Jesus returns to rule over the earth… “The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat, and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together; and a little child shall lead them. The cow and the bear shall graze; their young shall lie down together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox. The nursing child shall play over the hole of the cobra, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder’s den. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain; for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.” (Isaiah 11:6-9)
— Therefore, I think that if in God’s paradise, the blessed New Earth, all His beautiful creation will be there including animals. Why not the ones that His children loved dearly? – Just some food for positive thoughts, may you find comfort in that. (KRK)
