The loss of God-given freedom (in Canada)
Canada, the land of DON’T…
Canadians used to be ridiculed for saying SORRY.
— We were chided for being wimpy-nice. …
— Those days are fast disappearing, we are gaining a new reputation as the land of DON’T.
DON’T use plastic forks, knives, or spoons…
— Eat with your hands instead.
DON’T make foods for sale that require these instruments…
— This rather limits the dining take-out menus.
DON’T allow free speech if it speaks against the accepted morals of the majority or even the will of their elected leader…
DON’T keep any names on streets and places that honour any historic figure associated with colonial history.
— And it doesn’t matter what good an historic figure did in the past, if he/she wasn’t perfect according to the morals and rules of today, we must try to remove and erase any record of their contributions.
DON’T permit protests from those people who the ruling powers deem as anti-government…
— Instead label them as subversive and terrorist fringe movements, so that any citizen who would lean to their understanding must be carefully monitored and restricted.
DON’T accept the notion of personal rights and freedoms…
— Especially when they would bring about actions and ideas that do not agree with the ideals of those ‘powers from on high’.
DON’T support any political figure who doesn’t promote the litany of LGBTQ agendas, even if it goes against their own personal faith restrictions.
— Instead, try to defame and silence any of those other ideas about the make-up of humanity.
— And certainly dismiss as an ignorant, dangerous fanatic, any political figure who openly supports their own faith as a Bible-believing Christian.
DON’T let the people who work the land and stoke the fires of industry have any say in their workplace, simply assume the educated elite know better.
— Instead blindly restrict their ability to grow the food we need, or supply the fuels the world needs.
And… DEFINITELY DON’T oppose the will of a certain public figure in power who claims to be the saviour of the environment, regardless of how many foibles and blunders he repeatedly makes.
— Instead bow down before his hypocritical, photo-op throne, and proclaim any provinces who do not so bow, to be second-class rubes, without any right to a say in how the rest of the country treats them, or of the rules that govern them.
If you like what this Canada is turning into, you must continue to vote liberal/NDP next election… IF NOT, you must vote them out of government and try to turn things around. (My personal opinion… you have a right to your own. KK)
— You may have a different lean in politics, however, every Christian must seek to support at least a candidate who does not villanize Bible-believing Christians and their faith.
